Shopify’s name, logo, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans appearing in the Services are the property of their respective owners.

Shopify is not a party to any sale or purchase transaction between you and us and is not responsible for any product, service, claim, injury, loss, or damage arising from or relating to such transactions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, liabilities, damages, and losses arising from or relating to your purchases from Shop.Lorman or your use of the Services as between you and Shop.Lorman.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shop.Lorman, Shopify, and each of their respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, settlements, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms of Service, your misuse of the Services, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

We may provide notice of any claim subject to indemnification, provided that any failure to do so promptly will not limit your obligations except to the extent you are materially prejudiced. You irrevocably attorn and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
